BARGAINING MEETINGS. 1. Bargaining meetings shall be scheduled by the parties and, until bargaining is concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time and place of a subsequent meeting.
BARGAINING MEETINGS. Upon receipt of a written request for a meeting, either party will have five (5) days to reply to the request. Within ten (l0) days after receipt of the reply, both parties involved will establish a mutually agreeable site, date and time for the meeting. The meeting shall not be scheduled, however, earlier than three (3) months prior to the termination date of any existing agreement.
BARGAINING MEETINGS. 1. The bargaining team for the Board shall meet at such mutually agreed upon places and times with the bargaining team of the Association for the purpose of good faith bargaining. Following the initial meetings as described above, such additional meetings shall be held as the parties may require to reach an understanding on the issue(s) or until an impasse is reached. Section 4117.14 shall govern the bargaining and dispute resolution procedures.

BARGAINING MEETINGS. The parties agree to meet and negotiate in good faith in an effort to reach agreement. Any agreement reached shall apply to all employees under the contract. The Agreement shall be reduced to writing, presented to the MTA and, if adopted, be presented to the Board for its approval and, if approved, be officially adopted by the Board of Education.
BARGAINING MEETINGS. The Company and the Union will meet at such time and place as may be mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing wages and working conditions and adjusting any matters within the confines of this Agreement which come within the scope of collective bargaining between employer and employee. The Company and the Union will share the employees’ regular wages and benefits while attending any such meetings. The Employer’s share shall not exceed an aggregate total of forty (40) hours per agreement term. Bargaining time shall be considered time worked for purposes of the Collective Agreement.

Following the initial meetings as described above, such additional meetings shall be held as the parties may require to reach an understanding on the issue(s) or until an impasse is reached.
BARGAINING MEETINGS. Bargaining meetings will be scheduled when mutually convenient. When bargaining sessions are conducted during regular work hours, release time shall be provided for the Association's members at the regular hourly rate.
