Common use of Use of College Equipment and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of College Equipment and Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use College facilities and office equipment when such equipment is not in use for College operations. The Association will reimburse the College for consumable supplies used for Association business, at cost. The Association will be permitted to use the College communication systems for appropriate Association business.

Use of College Equipment and Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use College facilities equipment such as typewriters, computers and office equipment printers, calculating machines, and photocopying machines at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use for as determined by the College operationsor its representatives. Prior to such use, a written request may be required by the College or its representative. The Association will reimburse shall pay for the College for consumable reasonable cost of all material and supplies used for Association business, at costincidental to such use. The Association will be permitted shall have the right to use the inter-College communication systems mail system for appropriate Association business.
