Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The Transmission Provider may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the Transmission Provider's Transmission System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. The Transmission Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The Participating TO or the CAISO may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the CAISO Controlled Grid when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the CAISO Controlled Grid or the Participating TO’s electric system. The Party scheduling the interruption shall provide the Interconnection Customer with (5) five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Party scheduling the interruption shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. The CAISO may request the Interconnection Customer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the CAISO Controlled Grid in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. Such planned maintenance schedules and updates and changes to such schedules shall be provided by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO concurrently with their submittal to the CAISO.

The Distribution Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Distribution Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

The Public Utility shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five (5) Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Public Utility shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

T & D Utility shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days’ notice prior to such interruption. T & D Utility shall use reasonable efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The Area EPS Operator may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Distributed Energy Resource and temporarily disconnect the Distributed Energy Resource from the Area EPS Operator’s Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, or repairs on the Area EPS Operator’s Distribution System. The Area EPS Operator shall use Reasonable Efforts to provide the Interconnection Customer with three Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Area EPS Operator shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The Cooperative may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility from the Cooperative’s System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Cooperative’s System. The Cooperative shall provide the Interconnection Member or any Affected System operating Generating Systems larger than 1000 kW with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption when possible. The Cooperative shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Member.

GRENLEC shall have the authority to coordinate facility outages in accordance with routine maintenance and emergency conditions. 3.4.2.2 Outage Schedules. Outage scheduling shall be in accordance with the routine maintenance and emergency conditions. 3.4.2.3 Interruption of Service. In accordance with good utility practice, GRENLEC may require the DG Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries of electricity if such delivery of electricity could adversely affect GRENLEC’s ability to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the System.

BC Hydro shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. BC Hydro shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
