Undergraduate Credit. Undergraduate courses earned after September 1, 1985 that are intended for use in salary advancement must be submitted to the Office of Human Resources on official transcripts and meet one of the following criteria:

Undergraduate Credit. The Board will provide tuition grants for full time teachers who are at the Masters level or above on the salary schedule, for the purpose of tuition reimbursement in the amount of 75% of the actual cost of pre-approved undergraduate courses that support or enrich their current teaching assignment. Credit for such coursework shall not qualify for movement on the salary schedule and shall be limited to one (1) such course per school year. Reimbursement for undergraduate courses shall be deducted from the total allowable under Part 1 of this section. All limits and restrictions from Part 1 of this section shall also apply.
Undergraduate Credit. The Board of Education shall reimburse members of the teaching staff an amount not to exceed the lesser of the amount as provided on the schedule presented in Appendix B-2 or the actual per credit hour cost for course work done at the undergraduate level. Such course work is subject to the prior approval of the Superintendent. Such course work shall not be taken into consideration when determining whether or not a teacher qualifies for horizontal movement on the salary schedule.
Undergraduate Credit. If coursework is not available at the graduate level, undergraduate coursework may be submitted for approval. Hours of approved undergraduate credit earned by enrollment at colleges and universities accredited by the North Central Association or its equivalent.   • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Teaching Load Full teaching assignments shall normally include 12 course credit hours of scheduled teaching per academic quarter. The following equivalencies will be used in determining teaching assignments:

  • CULTURAL DIVERSITY The Cultural Diversity Requirement generally does not add units to a student's program. Rather, it is intended to be fulfilled by choosing courses from the approved list that also satisfy requirements in other areas of the student’s program; the exception is that Cultural Diversity courses may not satisfy Culture and Language Requirements for B.S. students. For example, Anthropology 120 can fulfill (3) units of the Behavioral Science requirement and (3) units of the Cultural Diversity requirement.   • Adult Education Teachers of Adult Education shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five ($35.00) an hour. Break time will not be deducted from teachers’ pay.

  • Distance Education Distance education means instruction in which the instructor and student are separated by distance and interact through the assistance of communication technologies. All distance education courses and sections will be designated as such in the District schedule of classes. Distance education courses include hybrid (see glossary) instruction and fully online instruction.

  • School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:
