Twelve Month Vacation Days. Each employee based on his/her FTE shall receive vacation pay at salary rate paid to employee at time vacation is taken, based on the following schedule: Actual Years of Service Completed Vacation Allowance Pay 5-9 years service 20 Days 10-14 years service 25 Days 15 plus years of service 28 Days Employees shall be allowed to carry over up to thirty (30) days of vacation per year.

Twelve Month Vacation Days. Personnel employed on a full-time basis, twelve (12) months, shall earn twelve (12) annual leave days per calendar year during the first ten (10) years of employment. One and one- fourth (1 ¼) days per month shall be granted to unit members with between eleven (11) and fifteen (15) years of employment. Unit members with more than fifteen (15) years of employment shall receive one and one-half (1 ½ days per month.

  • Vacation Days Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Weeks Vacation Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five (5) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen (14) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.

  • Consecutive Days Off The Employer shall schedule consecutive days off for all full-time employees except where a full-time employee requests otherwise. Where possible, part-time employees shall have consecutive days off every second week. Where it can be demonstrated by the Shop Xxxxxxx, to the Employer’s satisfaction, that scheduling of consecutive days off can be accomplished without an adverse effect on the operation of the department, the Employer shall do so.

  • Unused Vacation ASF Members may accumulate unused vacation to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year each ASF Member's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less, unless the President determines that the ASF Member is unable to utilize vacation leave because of the requirements of the individual’s assignment or because of physical incapacity. This reduction must be accomplished on or before last day of the fiscal year. If this reduction is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the ASF Member’s accumulation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours effective on the last day of the fiscal year, and the amount of accumulation over two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours will transfer to the ASF Member’s bank of lapsed sick leave (See Article 18, section C, Subd.2). Vacation leave accrued during the pay period that includes the last day of a fiscal year, will be credited to each ASF Member’s balance after deductions are made for vacation used and/or reduced pursuant this Subdivision.
