Training for Students. The College will provide training to all students, including graduate students, on the College’s sexual misconduct/Title IX grievance procedures, the College’s obligations regarding the investigation of complaints, including the College’s responsibilities under Title IX even in instances where the victim declines to proceed with an investigation, guidance from OCR, and Title IX’s prohibitions on retaliation. The training will also include information on particular types of conduct that would constitute sexual violence, including same-sex sexual violence, and information on consent and the role drugs and alcohol can play in the ability to consent. The training will also make students aware of the College’s prohibition against sexual harassment, sexual violence and retaliation; educate students on how to recognize such forms of sex discrimination when they occur; inform students regarding how and to whom any incidents of sexual harassment, sexual violence and retaliation should be reported, including information related to the employee categories and the mandatory reporting requirements of all employees not designated as confidential employees; and provide a general overview of Title IX, the rights this law confers on students, the resources available to students who have experienced sexual harassment, sexual violence and retaliation, and the role and authority of OCR to enforce Title

Training for Students. 14. In collaboration with the Compliance Coordinator, the District will develop and provide Districtwide annual, age-appropriate student training regarding bullying and harassment, including cyberbullying. The training will be designed to increase awareness of what constitutes harassment based on race and sex; the District’s prohibition against such harassment; how to recognize harassment based on race and sex and the importance of reporting it; how to report harassment, including methods for reporting incidents anonymously; the prohibition against retaliation for reporting racial and sexual harassment incidents and how to report incidents of retaliation; and the consequences for subjecting individuals to racial and sexual harassment. The training will also cover to whom in the District students may go with questions related to racial and sexual harassment, and the availability of counseling and other services for students who have been racially or sexually harassed. REPORTING REQUIREMENT: By November 15, 2019, the District will provide documentation to OCR demonstrating that the first annual training required by item 14 of the Agreement was provided to all students. The documentation must include: the date(s) of the training; the name(s) and credentials of the presenter(s); copies of any materials used during the training, including any handouts, guides or other materials; and sign-in sheets or lists showing which students attended the training. The District does not need to submit documentation to OCR regarding subsequent annual training sessions contemplated by this Agreement unless OCR requests such information from the District
Training for Students. By September 30, 2016, and periodically thereafter, the District will provide training to all students at the School, appropriate to the students’ ages and disabilities, regarding discrimination, including harassment, on the bases of race, color, and/or national origin and may include other bases. At a minimum, the training will include and/or add instruction regarding:
Training for Students. The District will provide an age-appropriate information program for students at the School that is designed to increase awareness of what constitutes harassment based on disability, inform students of the consequences of harassment for both the student who is the target of the harassment and for the harasser, and encourage students to report incidents of harassment.   • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • Professional Development and Training 4.1 The purpose of professional development and training requirements for interpreters is to maintain the skill levels interpreters possess at the time they pass their interpreter certification examination, and to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Both the State and the Union encourage interpreters to complete training and continuing education activities.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.
