TMSe/TMS SUPPORT SERVICE - SCHEDULE B. 1.6 The City wishes to appoint a bidder that will maintain, support and enhance the TMS/TMSe systems. The support service must provide full a stack developer and full stack architect: • Resources, that can work onsite or remotely. • Unlimited hours per month for support and maintenance only (excludes all changes related to feature requests) • After hour support for emergency work (P1 to P2 issues) • 80 ad-hoc development/architect hours and 20 hours project management hours per month for enhancements and feature change requests, o Unused hours will accumulate month to month and will only expire at the end of a City financial year. • Maintain design and operations procedure documentations • Bi-weekly meetings, that will be used to track calls, new features and enhancement requests • Within the first 18 months of the contract the bidder must: o Provide a full audit of the TMS/TMSe systems DRAFT o Review the system processes and shortcomings and provide recommendations o Provide updated design and as-built document of the system/s o Provide a full operating procedure document that consists of but not limited to: ▪ System Checks ▪ System recovery • Provide a service delivery manager or equivalent to manage the service and ensure that incident response times are adhered to. • Perform a handover of application, systems, product knowledge, documentation and processes during the migration/transition period of this contract to the incoming tenderer/s Tenderers must submit evidence as part of Schedule 15C that they have a minimum of two full stack developers with the necessary skills to support and enhance the TMS/TMSe system. When required, the City will order these servers up front (up to maximum of 12 months), with the intention of renewing yearly when and as when needed (ad-hoc).

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund: § Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; · OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state); § Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations. § Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.
