Operations Support Systems. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and in Section 2 of the Additional Services Attachment, Verizon shall provide Intrado with access via electronic interfaces to databases required for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. Verizon shall provide Intrado with such access in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules. All such transactions shall be submitted by Intrado through such electronic interfaces.
Operations Support Systems. BA shall provide Covad with nondiscriminatory access to OSS functions for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing as soon as required by Applicable Law. Once BA has developed a pre-order loop qualification database for xDSL- compatible ULLs in Pennsylvania, and either (i) makes the database available to other Telecommunications Carriers, or (ii) utilizes the database in its own retail operations on a routine basis, it shall provide Covad nondiscriminatory access to such database, at rates and charges to be determined. Nothing in this subsection shall restrict Covad’s ability to obtain access to any operational support systems (“OSS”) that BA makes generally available to any other Telecommunications Carrier in the state. .
Operations Support Systems. Subject to Section 11.0, BA shall provide Level 3 with access via electronic interfaces to databases required for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing at any time after the Effective Date. All such transactions shall be submitted by Level 3 through such electronic interfaces; provided, however, that in the case of a new or materially modified electronic interface, the Parties shall work cooperatively to transition within a commercially reasonable period of time to the use of any such new or materially modified interface.

Rates for access to, development, maintenance and use of Operations Support Systems, as related to the provision of unbundled Network Elements, are as set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, subject to the provisions of the Network Elements Attachment.
