Management Hours. The parties recognize that the demands of the position will require the Assistant Superintendent to average more than eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week, and\or more than 40 hours per week. The parties agree that Assistant Superintendent shall not be entitled to overtime compensation.

Management Hours. It is understood that the demands of the position of Chancellor will require more than eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. The Chancellor is not entitled to any overtime compensation.
