Apprenticeship Programme definition

Apprenticeship Programme means – the programme covering the entire period over which the Artisan Learner will receive training – theoretical and practical by the Employer and/or any registered Educational Institution and will be for a period of not more than four (4) years but not less than two (2) years in extent and duration;
Apprenticeship Programme means a programme to ensure that apprenticeships related to the Project are offered by stakeholders such as NNB GenCo and its contractors and local suppliers as more fully described in Chapter 6 of the Construction Workforce Development Strategy;

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.

  • Apprenticeship Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and the person employed as an apprentice, which agreement or indenture shall be reviewed by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee and registered with the Registration Agencies.
