Summer Hours. ECSE staff providing services for eligible students shall receive pro rata pay for work during the summer months with the prior written approval of the Director of Special Education.

Summer Hours means, for an EMPLOYEE who works a 40 hour week, a work day beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending 3:30 p.m., with thirty (30) minutes for lunch; and for an EMPLOYEE who works a thirty-five (35) hour week, a work day beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. with thirty (30) minutes for lunch.

Summer Hours. The District shall close on Fridays at 12:00 noon. No employee shall suffer reduction in wages as the result of Summer Hours. Any employee called in/back after closing at noon shall not receive any additional compensation for the hours they would have normally been scheduled.
