TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding incorporates all modifications regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective January 1, 2022 upon City Council ratification and shall expire December 31,2023.
TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of this MOU is for a period of three years from the effective date of this agreement and may be extended upon written mutual agreement. It shall be reviewed annually to ensure that it is fulfilling its purpose and to make any necessary revisions. Either organization may terminate this MOU upon thirty (30) days written notice without penalties or liabilities.
TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING. 1.0 The recitals of this Memorandum are incorporated into the body of this Memorandum.

In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, as well as other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Parties, the Parties agree to this MOU, effective January 1, 2021, in compliance with the mandates of law enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly and in recognition of possible amendments by the General Assembly, the Parties further agree to conform to changes made to the law, notwithstanding a contractual term previously agreed upon.

It shall be reviewed by both parties to ensure that it is fulfilling its purpose and to make any necessary revisions. Either organization may terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice. GSWW reserves the right to terminate this agreement without (30) days’ notice if party is not compliant with the following terms: • Program criteria is not followed • Safety guidelines are not being implemented • Health and Safety of Girl Scouts are observed or reported to be at risk • Discrimination towards participants Refund Policy Refunds for annual Partner Packages will not be permitted once GSWW has offered services including, but not limited to: event promotion through social media, Activities Calendar listings, and e-newsletter event promotions. If a partnering organization has only met with GSWW and services are yet to be provided, refunds may be permitted.

Should either party desire to commence the Meet and Confer process for the next subsequent MOU, they shall notify the other in writing no earlier than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration date of this MOU, and the Meet and Confer process shall begin no later than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration date of this MOU.
