Termination of Proceedings. In case the Trustee shall have proceeded to enforce any right under this Indenture by the appointment of a receiver or otherwise, and such proceedings shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason, or shall have been determined adversely, then and in every such case, the Issuer, the Trustee and the Owners of Bonds shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder, respectively, with regard to the property subject to this Indenture, and all rights, remedies and powers of the Trustee shall continue as if no such proceedings had been taken.
Termination of Proceedings. The Parties may agree to terminate the proceedings of an arbitral tribunal in the event that a mutually satisfactory solution to the dispute has been found.
Termination of Proceedings. In case the Fiscal Agent (at the direction of the Funding Lender Representative) or the Funding Lender Representative shall have proceeded to enforce any right under this Funding Loan Agreement by the appointment of a receiver, by entry or otherwise, and such proceedings shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason, or shall have been determined adversely, then and in every such case the Governmental Lender, the Fiscal Agent, the Funding Lender Representative, the Borrower and the Funding Lender shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder with respect to the Pledged Security herein conveyed, and all rights, remedies and powers of the Fiscal Agent and the Funding Lender Representative shall continue as if no such proceedings had been taken.
Termination of Proceedings. The Parties may agree to terminate the proceedings of thearbitral tribunal by jointly so notifying the chair of thearbitral tribunal at any time before the issuance of the awardto the Parties.

Termination of Proceedings. If a grievant shall file a claim before any administrative tribunal, agency or court, the Employer shall have the right to forthwith terminate any further proceedings under this Grievance Procedure if they are still pending.
