Section 7.12. 29 The minimum cost of an employee's physical examination and/or X-rays required by the District will 30 be paid by the District. The District shall have the right to select the doctor(s) to be utilized.
Section 7.12. 19 Employees in the job classification of Safety Enhancement Assistant and Weekend/Rover 20 Custodian shall normally work no more than a forty (40) hour workweek. Such workweek may 21 include Saturday and/or Sunday, at their regular rate of pay, notwithstanding the provisions of 22 Section 7.1. and 7.3.1. Overtime shall be as specified in Section 7.9.1.
