Section 7.12. 35 All trips other than regular daily scheduled bus runs shall be compensated at the employee's regular 36 hourly rate for the duration of the trip; provided, however, that bus drivers shall be subject to the 37 provisions relative to overtime herein provided.

Section 7.12. 4 22 Child Nutrition personnel shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for time spent 23 attending workshops to obtain the SNA certificate. 24
Section 7.12. 25 No employee, other than drivers and bus assistants, shall be given a change in shift without 26 forty-eight (48) hours prior notice, except for emergencies. The supervisor/director and 27 employee can mutually agree to waive the 48-hour time line.
Section 7.12. 29 The minimum cost of an employee's physical examination and/or X-rays required by the District will 30 be paid by the District. The District shall have the right to select the doctor(s) to be utilized.
Section 7.12. 19 Employees in the job classification of Safety Enhancement Assistant and Weekend/Rover 20 Custodian shall normally work no more than a forty (40) hour workweek. Such workweek may 21 include Saturday and/or Sunday, at their regular rate of pay, notwithstanding the provisions of 22 Section 7.1. and 7.3.1. Overtime shall be as specified in Section 7.9.1. When a shift schedule is 23 altered for these positions, the affected employee will be given twenty-four (24) hour notice 24 which may be waived by the employee.
