Section 7.1.4. 43 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in the 44 State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by the 45 District.

Section 7.1.4. In the case of a 9- or 10-month employee, added days of service may be scheduled in 42 order to use District annual clerical allocations. However, an employee is not allowed the additional 43 benefits of the higher level (i.e., extra holiday or vacation) until the minimum workdays for the 44 classification are assigned as the regular schedule for that year. 46 Section 7.2. Workweek. Consistent with federal and state regulations, the District shall establish and 47 maintain a defined workweek.
