Such signature must be guaranteed by an “eligible guarantor institution” meeting the requirements of the Note Registrar.
The Note Registrar shall give prompt written notice to the Issuer, the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee of the location, and of any change in the location, of any such office or agency.
