Term of the Contract definition

Term of the Contract means the period of time from the execution of this Contract until its conclusion, unless this Contract is terminated prematurely.
Term of the Contract. This Contract shall become effective upon final signature for an initial term of twelve (12) months. An option to renew on an annual basis may occur with executed renewal letters. Overall term may not exceed five (5) years.
Term of the Contract means the term of this contract which shall be the same as for the Interconnection Agreement applicable to the Community Solar Garden, and shall begin when this Contract is signed by the Parties and end twenty five (25) years after the Date of Commercial Operation unless otherwise provided below.

More Definitions of Term of the Contract

Term of the Contract means the period between the Date of Commencement and the Maturity Date.
Term of the Contract means the term of the Standard Contract for Solar*Rewards Community.
