DCFS Youth. Managed Care Specialty Plan Preliminary Care Coordination and Administrative Activities. Contractor shall conduct preliminary Care Coordination and administrative activities beginning on the Contract Addendum Effective Date and ending on the Comprehensive Implementation Date, at which time Contractor is responsible for all Care Management requirements and assumes full-risk for the provision of Covered Services.
