THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT. The Contractor shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except as specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others.
THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT. THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT. The Contractor shall fully execute the Work for the following Project listed below and more fully described in the Project Manual which is included in this Contract Document.
THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT. The Contractor shall provide and install all services, materials, installation services and warranties (“Work”) as described in the Contract Documents. Contractor will provide all materials and labor according to the standards of his profession. Contractor further agrees to exercise reasonable diligence and care to ensure that any and all Work is conforming and performed in a good and workmanlike manner. All materials and labor is warranted in accordance with the warranty provisions contained in the Contract Documents, as provided by law, or as provided by the manufacturer/supplier. Nothing in the Contract Documents shall be interpreted as limiting any express or implied warranties. Any conditions or limitations of warranty/liability contained in Contractor’s Proposal are not included, and are hereby expressly excluded from this Agreement unless such terms, conditions or limitations are restated in the main body of this Agreement. The appearance of such matters in any Exhibit to this Agreement is ineffective, as the inclusion of Contractor’s Proposal is intended to only provide information relating to the scope, deliverables, deadlines and prices relating to Contractor’s services.
