Temporary Assignment to a Higher Class. ‌ An employee assigned by the County to perform the majority of duties of a higher classification to fill a vacancy caused by resignation, termination, promotion or an extended leave of absence, must complete the required personnel forms and must meet the minimum qualifications of the higher classification. An employee assigned temporarily to a higher class shall be paid according to the salary of the scale for the new class at a step most closely equivalent to five percent (5%) greater than the employee's salary before promotion, but not less than minimum salary of the new class, nor greater than the maximum salary of the new class. The employee shall receive this salary as long as the employee continues to serve in the assignment and shall be entitled to receive increases for the higher class as described in section 9.12 below.

Temporary Assignment to a Higher Class. ‌ An employee assigned by the Department Head to perform the majority of duties of a limited term project position, with the approval of the County Administrator and the Director of Human Resources, or to a higher classification to fill a vacancy caused by resignation, termination, promotion, or an extended leave of absence, must complete the required personnel forms and must meet the minimum qualifications of the higher classification or position. The employee shall be paid according to the salary of the scale for the new class which would constitute an increase in salary at the step most closely equivalent to five percent (5%) greater than the employee’s salary before promotion, but not less than the minimum salary of the new class, or not greater than the maximum salary of the new class or a salary rate assigned to the limited term project position. The employee shall receive this salary as long as the employee continues to serve in the higher classification assignment and shall be entitled to receive any authorized increases for the higher class as described in Section 6.12 (Temporary Promotion – Merit Increase Eligibility). A temporary assignment to a higher class pursuant to this Section 6.11 does not include the Deputy District Attorney III Temporary Assignment described in Section 6.18 below.
Temporary Assignment to a Higher Class. When a unit employee is temporarily assigned to a higher classification for more than three (3) days within a fifteen (15) day period, the employee will have his/her salary adjusted for the entire period he/she is required to work in that higher classification. He/she shall receive at least a 5% increase.

  • Assignment to Owners Interconnection Customer may assign the Interconnection Service Agreement without the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s or Transmission Provider’s prior consent to any Affiliate or person that purchases or otherwise acquires, directly or indirectly, all or substantially all of the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, provided that prior to the effective date of any such assignment, the assignee shall demonstrate that, as of the effective date of the assignment, the assignee has the technical and operational competence to comply with the requirements of this Interconnection Service Agreement and assumes in a writing provided to the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider all rights, duties, and obligations of Interconnection Customer arising under this Interconnection Service Agreement. However, any assignment described herein shall not relieve or discharge the Interconnection Customer from any of its obligations hereunder absent the written consent of the Transmission Provider, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Non-Assignment of Agreement The Grantee may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer its rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Division, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. The agreement transferee must demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the project. If the Division approves a transfer of the Grantee’s obligations, the Grantee shall remain liable for all work performed and all expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement.   • Temporary Reduction of Downpayment When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the downpayment amount required shall be temporarily reduced upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. For the period of the delay or interruption, the downpayment on deposit may be reduced to $1,000 or two (2) percent of the downpayment amount listed in A18, whichever is larger. Any downpayment amount temporarily reduced pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owed to the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of downpayment that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act, as amended (31 USC 3701, et seq.).

  • Temporary Reassignment Notwithstanding the above, the Appointing Authority may temporarily reassign any employee to another work area and/or shift for five (5) consecutive months or less. With mutual agreement between the Local and the Appointing Authority, such reassignment may extend up to twelve (12) months. At the end of the reassignment, the reassigned employee shall return to his/her former position, unless the position has been abolished, in which case the employee shall return to his/her former work area and shift.
