An eligible Teacher is one who has signed a Form 2 statutory contract, or a Teacher General statutory contract, or a Limited Term Teacher General statutory contract where the term of the contract is for a period of not less than one hundred (100) continuous teaching days.

The term Limited Term Faculty includes all faculty members hired for defined periods of not less than one year and not more than a cumulative total of four years.
Appointments to the Limited Term Faculty may require only the teaching and service components of the Academic Duties and Responsibilities described in Article 10 (Workload).
This does not include employment on a Limited Term Teacher Contract nor employment as a substitute Teacher.
