Taking Purchased Leave Sample Clauses

Taking Purchased Leave. Nothing in this clause prevents purchased leave being taken by agreement in advance of the accrual of the 'purchased entitlement'. This means that an employee does not have to wait until the 52nd week before they can use the final week of purchased leave for the year. In the event that employment subsequently terminates before the full entitlement has been purchased, the employee's payment on termination will be adjusted to take account of the amount owing for leave taken.
