Non-Primary. Carer of providing care and attention to the child during normal business hours; and
Non-Primary. Carer Parental Leave - an eligible Employee is entitled to one week paid non-primary carer parental leave in any one year at ordinary pay which must commence within four weeks of the birth or placement of the child. (Eligible Employees will be as defined in the Act)
