Surveys and Inspections. The Owner and the Charterer shall jointly appoint an independent surveyor for the purpose of determining and recording in writing the condition of the Vessel and an inventory of the Vessel’s main parts and equipment at the redelivery of the Vessel under this Charter. Each Party shall bear and pay one half of the surveyor’s costs. The survey report of the Vessel prepared by the independent surveyor in [*] shall be the base for the condition at delivery. From time to time upon reasonable notice by the Owner, the Charterer shall make the Vessel available for survey or inspection by the Owner’s nominated surveyor or inspector who shall be paid for by the Owner.
Surveys and Inspections. Tacoma Power reserves the right to perform preliminary surveys prior to the actual installation of Licensee’s Attachments, to inspect each new Attachment of Licensee after placement, and to make periodic inspections of Licensee’s Attachments. Within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice from Tacoma Power, Licensee shall correct all Attachments that Tacoma Power identifies as being out of compliance with Applicable Standards. These surveys and inspections, or the absence of surveys and inspections, shall not operate to or in any manner impose any legal duty or liability on Tacoma Power or relieve the Licensee of any responsibility, obligation, duty or liability assumed under this Agreement or imposed by any Applicable Standard or applicable law, rule or regulation.

Surveys and Inspections. Promptly following execution of this Agreement by Purchaser and Seller, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser any existing abstract of title, copies of all soil, environmental, noise, traffic, planning, transportation and other tests and reports relating to the current condition of the Premises to the extent same are in the possession of Seller. From time to time, prior to Closing, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser copies of all additional tests, reports or documents and information of the type referred to in the immediately prior sentence promptly after Seller obtains possession or control of same. During the term of this Agreement and prior to Closing, upon prior written notice to Seller, Purchaser or its agents shall have the right to enter upon the Premises at all reasonable times for the purposes of furthering Purchaser’s application for Governmental Incentives Programs and Governmental Approvals as described in Paragraph 7 or of making any surveys, inspections, engineering tests and to obtain data which Purchaser may deem necessary, including but not limited to any test borings, soil bearing, septic, groundwater, or environmental tests (collectively, “Inspection Data”), provided that in exercising such rights Purchaser and his agents shall not prevent or interfere with Seller's use of the Premises. Any land survey shall be certified to Purchaser and Seller. Purchaser assumes all risks and shall indemnify and hold harmless Seller from all claims, losses, damages and liability, for bodily injury, death or property damage or destruction, including any damage to or destruction of the Premises, arising out of or in any way connected with Purchaser's exercise of the foregoing rights.
Surveys and Inspections. OLPG and HSC-S Faculty shall cooperate with Hospitals and the Hospital Entities in connection with surveys and inspections related to the provision of services at the Hospitals and in the implementation of any corrections or recommendations. OLPG and/or HSC-S Faculty shall notify the Hospital Administrator of all announced or unannounced surveys and inspections of the clinical departments by regulatory agencies and of all preliminary and final reports and findings that result from such surveys and inspections.

Surveys and Inspections. Buyer shall be responsible for procuring and payment for any surveys or other property inspections including any environmental inspections, termite and infestation inspections, structural, mechanical and all other inspections required by Buyer or Buyer’s lender for the Closing.

  • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the CITY for examination all of CONTRACTOR’S records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.

  • RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS Consultant shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. City shall have the right to access and examine such records, without charge, during normal business hours. City shall further have the right to audit such records, to make transcripts therefrom and to inspect all program data, documents, proceedings, and activities.
