Independent Surveyor definition

Independent Surveyor means the surveyor appointed under clause 17 of this Licence Agreement for the purpose of determining any dispute under clauses 8 or 9.5 or for the purpose of assessing the value of the Caravan under clause 13.

Independent Surveyor means an independent survey Company or a surveyor appointed from time to time by the Seller in its sole discretion or jointly appointed by the Seller and the Buyer, as the case may be.

• If such Independent Surveyor is requested by the Buyer, they shall pay the Independent Surveyor’s expenses and costs in relation to the measurements of the quantity of Marine Fuel delivered.
