Subscription Service Fees. The Subscription Service fees designated in the SOW shall be prepaid in quarterly installments. Any unused volume will not be carried forward into the next Term.
Subscription Service Fees. 9.1. We do not charge you a fee to use this service. However, your own financial institution may charge a fee in connection with the debiting or charging of this payment. You should consult the terms and conditions governing your arrangement with your payment institution for more information about any such fees.

Subscription Service Fees. For cloud hosted Services, the subscription fees will be based on each Device used to view information coming from an AVEVA server. The fee schedule for cloud hosted Services will be based on a separate written agreement and will include support. If you are not using the cloud hosted Services and have purchased the on-premises version of the Wonderware SmartGlance Software instead then there is a one-time fee for the perpetual license in addition to any support fees that may apply.
Subscription Service Fees. Customer is responsible for payment of the Subscription Service Fees for the purchased User quantity at all times during the Subscription Term. The Subscription Service Fees are based on the number of Users or other quantity as indicated on an Order Document and will not be decreased during the Subscription Term. Unless otherwise stated in an Order Document, the Customer will be invoiced the total Subscription Service Fee in annual increments beginning on the Effective Service Date.
Subscription Service Fees. In consideration of the right to use the Subscription Service granted in this Agreement, Customer agrees to make the Subscription Service Fee payments set forth in an applicable Schedule, which payments shall be nonrefundable and irrevocable, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Subscription Service Fees. 2.1 Monthly subscription service The Customer may start its subscription on a free trial. This will last for one month, or as otherwise specified during the registration process. After the free trial period, time2u will start charging the subscription fee. The subscription fee is the amount agreed to on any Order Form. The Customer agrees to pay for any User who has access to time2u during the month prior, on the 1st of each month, or next business day.

Cayuse escalates the annual Subscription Service Fee by four (4%) percent annually during the Subscription Term. Cayuse reserves the right to change the Fees for any Renewal Term (as defined below) upon thirty (30) calendar days ("Days") prior written notice to Customer.
