Storage of Equipment and Materials. The Contractor shall afford the Owner and separate contractors reasonable opportunity for introduction and storage of their materials and equipment and performance of their activities, and shall connect and coordinate the Contractor's construction and operations with theirs as required by the Contract.
Storage of Equipment and Materials. All lanes shall be open and the shoulders shall be clear of construction equipment and materials during non-working hours. The Work Zone Clear Zone (WZCZ) applies during working and non-working hours. The WZCZ applies only to temporary roadside objects introduced by the Contractor’s operations and does not apply to pre-existing conditions or permanent work. Those work operations that are actively in progress shall be in accordance with adopted and approved Traffic Control Plans, and other Contract or Permit requirements. During nonworking hours, equipment or materials shall not be within the WZCZ unless they are protected by permanent guardrail or temporary concrete barrier. The use of temporary concrete barrier shall be permitted only if WSDOT approves the installation and location. During actual hours of work, unless protected as described above, only materials absolutely necessary to construction shall be within the WZCZ and only construction vehicles absolutely necessary to construction shall be allowed within the WZCZ or allowed to stop or park on the shoulder of the roadway. The Contractor’s non-essential vehicles and employees private vehicles shall not be permitted to park within the WZCZ at any time unless protected as described above. Deviation from the above requirements shall not occur unless the Contractor has requested the deviation in writing, and WSDOT has provided written approval.
Storage of Equipment and Materials. Subject to availability and the requirement that an HTP Contractor execute Amtrak’s then-current PTE or other applicable form of agreement, Amtrak shall allow such HTP Contractor to store equipment and materials for the HTP on certain Amtrak-approved property without rental charge to such HTP Contractor; provided that Amtrak shall have no liability with respect to such equipment or materials, including for any theft or damage thereto.

Storage of Equipment and Materials. CONTRACTOR shall receive, unload, store, and take proper care of all materials and equipment involved in this Contract. All equipment and materials to be stored or used at OWNERS Plant Site must be stored so as not to interfere with the construction of the balance of the Plant Site. Attention must be given to the storage of materials as no watermarked, dirty, or marred materials shall be accepted in the installation.
Storage of Equipment and Materials. Client shall inform Contractor of the availability of suitable areas for the storage of Contractor’s equipment and materials. Contractor shall maintain the storage of equipment and materials within the confines of the area designated in the Plans or by Client. Contractor shall store materials intended for use on this Project in such a manner that their quality and fitness for the Work will be preserved. When considered necessary by Engineer, materials shall be stored so as to facilitate inspection. It shall be Contractor’s responsibility to protect those stored items. All stored materials remain the property of the Contractor until such time as they are installed in their final position as intended in the Contract Documents.
Storage of Equipment and Materials. Subject to Purchaser’s approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, denied or delayed), Seller may store equipment and materials on the Premises if appropriate and practical to carry out Seller’s Transfer Act Work and which does not otherwise materially interfere with Purchaser’s use of the Premises.

Tenant shall not store on the Premises any type of equipment or material, including, but not necessarily limited to, non-airworthy aircraft, salvage aircraft, wreckage, unsightly aircraft components, and aircraft equipment outside of buildings unless screened by a method pre-approved in writing by Landlord. This provision does not preclude Tenant from parking airworthy aircraft or aircraft actively being repaired on the Premises. Tenant may not store equipment or materials outside that are unrelated to an aeronautical use, including, but not limited to, recreational vehicles, motor homes, boats, campers, trailers, semi- tractor trailer trucks, mobile homes, and vehicles with expired licenses and registrations on the Premises for more than two (2) weeks without prior written consent of the Landlord.
