Rental Charge. 21.5.1 The Rental Charge shall mean the total of the following amounts, and the Seller shall specify each amount as well as the basis for calculation in the price list: basic rental charge; drop-off charge; enrolment fees for optional Damage Waiver; optional fees; delivery/collection charge; and other charges.

Renting Parties are required to give at least 1 months notice of any periods that you do not wish to use the hall (i.e. Half Term / Summer Holiday) so that the hall can be used by other potential hirers and that the heating can be timed not to come on. Failing to inform the Parish Hall Management will result in the full rental charge to paid at the agreed hourly rate.
Rental Charge. The Renter agrees to pay a rental charge of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per reservation, which shall be paid by the resident of Colony Cove. Your check for deposit will be deposited one week before the event. In the case of a cancellation, 100% of the Rental Charge will be refunded. All Checks are made payable to The Colony Cove Clubhouse. *FEES. The undersigned also, agrees to pay a separate $150 cleaning/damage fee, to be held by the Clubhouse Manager/s until a satisfactory inspection of the Colony Cove Clubhouse by the Clubhouse Manager/s is preformed.
Rental Charge. The GUEST shall pay monthly rent in the amount of PHP 30000, exclusive of VAT. Rental charges for the succeeding month shall be paid by the GUEST to the BUSINESS CENTER on or before the last day of each month. Should the GUEST fail to pay the Rental Charge by the last day of each month, the BUSINESS CENTER shall have the option to remove the GUEST’S key card access to the LEASED PREMISES.
