Service Settings. MHSU WDA services outlined above are provided within the following MHSU clinical services/settings directly operated/contracted out by Health Authorities: • Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services (only includes the services of an OT or vocational counsellors) • Mental Health Centres (occupational therapy, vocational programs) • Dedicated Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) services/teams (only includes the services of an OT or vocational counsellors) • Employment Support Services • Individual Placement Support (IPS) Program • Therapeutic Volunteer ProgramEducation Support services • Clubhouse • Social EnterpriseTertiary Care Rehabilitation services (only includes the services of an OT or vocational counsellors) Definitions: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) (only includes the services of an occupational therapist (OT) or vocational counsellors) A formalized service delivery model for either urban or rural practice, providing comprehensive services to individuals with mental illness and/or co-morbid severe substance use, who have multiple complex needs. ACT has a low client-to-staff ratio (1 to 10 clients to staff ratio), operating after hours and weekends, multidisciplinary team approach involving psychiatrist, nursing, social work, RT, OT, peer support, and outreach. The ACT team provides for all the individual’s needs through a client-directed delivery of care, assertive outreach and comprehensive, continuous service delivery. As such, services may include (but are not limited to) medication administration/monitoring, basic life-skills, primary care, accessing and providing supports to housing, money management and employment support, psycho-social rehabilitation, and court liaison. (See MoH Standards for ACT). Mental Health Centres (occupational therapy, vocational programs) Includes the services of an OT or vocational counsellors working within a case management team in a Mental Health Centre. Services includes: an OT employment assessment, employment counselling and other supports to obtain and maintain employment and or educational opportunities. Dedicated Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) services/teams (only includes the services of an OT or vocational counsellors supporting EPI clients) Programs that serve young people with early psychosis, usually between the ages of 13 to 30 years, and their families. Service Settings. The purchase of premises is not included in the contract value. The provider will be expected to propose their own premises solution, and ensure that all premises used for service delivery are of a high standard and meet all legislative requirements. The provider will conduct regular risk assessments on all premises utilised. The Service will be expected to offer some elements of treatment at a range of different locations to meet the needs of the target group and to ensure equity of access to services across the county. This may include, but is not limited to: ● Home visits where appropriate, within risk assessments and a lone working policy. ● Criminal justice settings. ● Homelessness services. ● Health services. ● Pharmacy settings. ● Other universal services. The unavailability of appropriate accommodation shall not be a reason for service non-provision.

  • Service Standard We will provide the Services with due care and skill, the Services will be fit for the purpose that we advertise, and we will supply the Services within a reasonable time.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Provision of Interconnection Service Transmission Provider and Interconnected Transmission Owner agree to provide for the interconnection to the Transmission System in the PJM Region of Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility identified in the Specifications in accordance with Part IV and Part VI of the Tariff, the Operating Agreement of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“Operating Agreement”), and this ISA, as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7. Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service is available on a stand-alone basis for periods ranging from one hour to one month. Non-Firm Sale:

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
