Scope of Interconnection Service. 1.3.1 NYISO will provide Capacity Resource Interconnection Service and Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection, with Capacity Resource Interconnection Service subject to the provisions set forth in Attachment 6, Section E.

Developer Developer is responsible for ensuring that its actual Large Generating Facility output matches the scheduled delivery from the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System, consistent with the scheduling requirements of the NYISO’s FERCapproved market structure, including ramping into and out of such scheduled delivery, as measured at the Point of Interconnection, consistent with the scheduling requirements of the NYISO OATT and any applicable FERC-approved market structure.
