Scope of Terms. The use of the words defined herein shall include the plural or singular forms of such terms, and the male, female, or neutral gender thereof, as appropriate.

The Buyer agrees and acknowledges that, to the extent applicable for the Buyer, all statutory obligations in connection with taxes incurred, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Buyer’s purchase, ownership and subsequent transfer of Crowdnext Tokens (CNX) – including but not limited to Value Added Tax, Sales Tax, Consumption Tax, Wealth Tax and Capital Gains Tax, shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Scope of Terms a. This is a legally binding agreement (this “Sales Agreement”) between you and Inland Eye Specialists and its parents, subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively, “Inland Eye Specialists,” “we,” “us,” “our”), which governs your purchase of Eyewear and other products and services offered and sold by COMPANY (“COMPANY PRODUCT”) through the CZV Platform.

I agree that the terms and restrictions of this Agreement are legitimate and reasonable in light of my access to Confidential Information, substantial contacts with Company’s customers, and Company’s need to develop and market its services and products. I acknowledge that Company markets and sells its services and/or products in North America and that it is reasonable to restrict my activities in the United States and Canada during the time periods provided for herein in accordance with this Agreement. I further acknowledge that after the termination of my engagement with Company for any reason, I will be able to earn a livelihood without violating the foregoing restrictions.

Executive agrees that the terms and restrictions of this Restrictive Covenant Agreement are legitimate and reasonable in light of Executive’s access to Confidential Information, substantial contacts with the Company’s customers, and the Company’s need to develop and market its services and products. Executive acknowledges that Company currently markets and sells its services and/or products in North America and that it is reasonable to restrict Executive’s activities in the United States and Canada during the time periods provided for herein in accordance with this Restrictive Covenant Agreement and also acknowledges that to the extent that the Company expands its geographic scope that the geographic scope of the restrictive covenants set forth in this Agreement shall expand. Executive further acknowledges that after the termination of Executive’s employment with Company for any reason, Executive will be able to earn a livelihood without violating the foregoing restrictions.
Scope of Terms. 7.1. Unless otherwise stated herein, this Agreement (which for the avoidance of doubt includes the Schedules hereto) governs the User’s purchase of Tokens and the continued holding thereof.

We may add terms or policies to the Platform Terms and Policies in our sole discretion, and may update each of the Platform Terms and Policies from time to time according to modification procedures set forth therein. To the extent of any conflict with these Terms, the Platform Terms and Policies shall control with respect to any issues relating to the use of tokens in connection with the Services or Platform.
