Variation of Terms. All terms and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to masculine, feminine, or neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the Person or Persons may require.

Cardholder hereby authorizes the Bank to change the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement without prior consent of the Cardholder. Subject to the requirements of statute, notification of any such change shall be given to the Cardholder by the Bank either in writing or by publication thereof. Such changes shall apply to all unpaid Finance Charges, Fees, Xxxx Advances, Costs and Card Transactions.
Variation of Terms. 21.1 The Bank reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or to introduce new terms and conditions (including without limitation to revise Fees and Xxxxxxx imposed hereunder or introduce new Fees and Charges) from time to time. The Cardmember will be deemed to have accepted without reservation such alteration upon using the Card after the date on which the same is to take effect. If the Cardmember does not accept such alteration, the Card along with any Supplementary Card(s) must be returned to the Bank for cancellation before the date upon which such alteration is to take effect.
Variation of Terms. This Agreement and the Schedules hereto embody all the terms agreed between the parties relating to licensing of reprographic rights and no oral representations, warranties or promises shall be implied as terms hereof. The terms and conditions of the Licence may only be varied by documents in writing in terms agreed between CLA and the Licensee and any such documents shall be signed by the parties hereto and annexed to this Agreement.
Variation of Terms. We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, including the Club Rules at any time, to reflect changes in connection with the management and operation of our Clubs. Unless changes are due for health and safety reasons or essential to safeguard our interests, those of our members or hotel guests, we will use reasonable efforts to give you 14 days’ notice before any change takes effect by displaying updated Terms in the Club and on the Club website. On variation of the Terms and Conditions, you may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Clause 5.6.
