Purchase of Tokens. On or about December 1, 2017, in accordance with the Token Purchase Agreement, the Partnership will remit to the Seller an amount in cash equal to 20% of the total Capital Contributions of the Limited Partners as a non-refundable advance on the Milestone Tokens to be sold by the Seller to the Partnership for distribution to the Limited Partners upon the satisfaction of the requirements set forth herein and in the Token Purchase Agreement. If the LP Advisory Committee determines that Blockstack has achieved the First Milestone on the First Evaluation Date, no later than 30 days after the First Evaluation Date the Partnership will transfer to the Seller cash in an amount equal to 40% of the aggregate Capital Contributions of the Limited Partners in exchange for the Milestone Tokens pursuant to and in accordance with the Token Purchase Agreement. If the LP Advisory Committee determines that the Network has achieved the Second Milestone on the Second Milestone Date, the Partnership will transfer to the Seller the balance of the amount due to the Seller as determined in accordance with the terms of the Token Purchase Agreement. For purposes of determining the number of Tokens that will be purchased by the Partnership from the Seller pursuant to this Section 2.8, the Tokens shall be valued in accordance with the Valuation Amount.
Purchase of Tokens. The User can purchase Tokens by transferring BTC, ETH, to the wallet address provided by Taskfair or by making USD payments via bank wire as indicated on the Site. We may change the methods and forms of payments at any time and at our own discretion. The information about purchased Tokens will appear in your Account depending on the processing time of the transaction, which is out of Taskfair’ control. Tokens can only be purchased during the official token sale by accepting the respective Terms of Token Sale, these Terms and Privacy Policy.
Purchase of Tokens. 1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Vendor agrees to issue and sell to the Purchasers, and the Purchasers agree to purchase from the Vendor, following the prevailing price of MPV Tokens at the designated web page at the time of purchase per MPV Token, with each Purchaser purchasing MPV Tokens in a dollar amount equal to the Respective Purchase Amount opposite such Purchaser's name on Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Purchase of Tokens. 6. The purchase of the Tokens is final, and there are no refunds or cancellation except as may be required by applicable law or regulation under the conditions provided for in these terms and conditions. Purchaser hereby acknowledges that it is legally bound and irrevocably agrees to purchase from the Company the number of Purchased Tokens specified in article 3.2, for the specified Purchased Price under the terms of this Agreement.
Purchase of Tokens. 1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Platform agrees to issue and sell to the Users, and the Users agree to purchase from the Platform, MPV Tokens at the value stated on the Designated Web Address at the time of purchase per MPV Token, with each User purchasing MPV Tokens in a dollar amount equal to the Respective Purchase Amount opposite such User to this Agreement.
Purchase of Tokens. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the License, Company agrees to sell to the User the right to use certain number of Tokens and the User agrees to purchase from the Company the right to use certain amount of Tokens at the purchase price stipulated in Schedule A and presented in real time on the Website depending on the time of purchase.
Purchase of Tokens. The User can purchase Tokens by transferring acceptable cryptocurrencies to the wallet address provided by us in your Account or by making USD or Euro payments via bank wire or a third party payment processor indicated on the Site. We may change the methods and forms of payments at any time and at our own discretion. A transfer the fund for the purpose of purchasing BITICA Tokens to your Account will be treated as a deposit and you would be required to manually complete the purchase to receive any applicable discounts and bonuses. However, if you fail to complete your purchase or request a refund of your deposit by the end of token sale as set by the Terms of Token Sale, you would be deemed to have purchased Tokens on the last day of the token sale at a price available then. The number of purchased Tokens shall be determined based on the total amount you used for the purchase of the Tokens with applicable discounts and bonuses available to you, and/or total amount of your transfer you made for the purpose of purchasing Tokens if you fail to make a purchase during the time when bonuses were offered. Prior to distribution of Tokens, you are required to provide an address of the third party digital wallet (“External Wallet”), where your purchased Tokens would be distributed to and complete necessary steps to connect your External Wallet to the Account according to the instructions placed by Bitica in your Account prior to the distribution of the Tokens. The External Wallet must support the ERC-20 tokens standard. For any assistance with the setup of the External Wallet, Purchaser shall contact xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Following the successful purchase, the information about purchased Tokens will be reflected within 72 hours in your Account after the receipt of a confirmed payment. The confirmation of the payment depends on the processing time of the transaction, which is out of Bitica’s control. Tokens can only be purchased during the official token sale by accepting the respective Terms of Token Sale, these Terms and Privacy Policy.
Purchase of Tokens is available only to persons who SOLVE form legally binding contracts under applicable law and who are of the age of majority that is 18 years and are of sound mind.
Purchase of Tokens. You acknowledge and agree that: (1) DisLedger is not acting as your broker, intermediary, agent, or adviser, and has no fiduciary duty to you; (2) no communication or information provided to you by DisLedger shall constitute any type of advice; (3) you have received and read the Token Documentation; and (4) you have relied on your own judgment and/or advisers in making any token purchase or request to purchase. Once DisLedger completes your purchase, DisLedger will seek to send confirmation of the purchase to you electronically at the email address DisLedger has on file or otherwise make such confirmation available via the Services. You acknowledge and agree that any failure to provide such confirmation, or your failure to receive and/or read such confirmation, shall not invalidate any purchase. You may not revoke any purchase or attempted purchase once you have submitted it. You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes are applicable to the purchase of tokens, and for reporting and remitting the correct tax amount to the appropriate tax authority in each relevant jurisdiction. DisLedger has no responsibility to determine, collect, report, withhold or remit any taxes in connection with any token purchase.
