Schedule Exchange. With the concurrence of the management supervisor, two (2) employees may exchange schedules for a specific period of time. The Municipality may rescind the exchange prior to the ending of the specified period with seven (7) calendar days notice. Such an exchange will not be treated as a vacancy subject to posting requirements, nor will it be used to circumvent use of the established bidding process for a vacancy resulting from attrition. If either of the two (2) employees vacates their position the remaining employee will return to their previously bid schedule. Schedule exchanges that result from this section do not count towards the limitations in Article 8.8.2.

Schedule Exchange. Employees in the same classification who mutually agree to exchange regular schedules and/or work locations on a temporary or permanent basis must submit written requests to their respective managers/supervisors for approval. Upon written approval of both managers/supervisors, the Library Human Resource Manager shall be notified. The employer shall not be responsible for facilitating the search for any such exchange.

Schedule Exchange. Employees desiring to swap scheduled shifts on a temporary basis on a given date and/or shift, must make such request to the Sheriff or his/her designee at least one (1) week in advance of the initial swap date. If such a request is denied, the reason shall be provided to the employee at the time of the denial. Emergency requests may be made in less than the one (1) week as required above. Such shift swaps shall not result in overtime.

  • Shift Exchange The Employer and the Union agree that shift exchanges are a useful process to allow employees more flexibility and improved work/life balance. Employees within an institution who have the same job classification will be allowed to exchange full shifts for positions in which they are qualified.   • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

  • Trunk Data Exchange 65.9.1 Each Party agrees to service trunk groups to the blocking criteria in Section 64.3.4 in a timely manner when trunk groups exceed measured blocking thresholds on an average time consistent busy hour for a twenty- one (21) Day study period. The Parties agree that twenty-one (21) Days is the study period duration objective unless mutually agreed otherwise. The study period will not include a holiday.

  • Open Market Purchases Failure of the Contractor to Perform within the time specified in the Contract, or failure to replace rejected or substandard Goods or fulfill unperformed Services when so requested and as the Contract provides or allows, constitutes a breach of the Contract and as a remedy for such breach, such failure shall constitute authority for DAS, if it deems it to be necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, to Terminate the Contract and/or to purchase on the open market, Goods or Services to replace those which have been rejected, not delivered, or not Performed. The Client Agency shall invoice the Contractor for all such purchases to the extent that they exceed the costs and expenses in Exhibit B and the Contractor shall pay the Client Agency’s invoice immediately after receiving the invoice. If DAS does not Terminate the Contract, the Client Agency will deduct such open market purchases from the Contract quantities. However, if the Client Agency deems it to be in the best interest of the State, the Client Agency may accept and use the Goods or Services delivered which are substandard in quality, subject to an adjustment in price to be determined by the Client Agency.

  • Trading With respect to the securities and other investments to be purchased or sold for the Fund, Subadviser shall place orders with or through such persons, brokers, dealers, or futures commission merchants (including, but not limited to, broker-dealers that are affiliated with AEFC or Subadviser) selected by Subadviser; provided, however, that such orders shall be consistent with the brokerage policy set forth in the Fund's Prospectus and SAI, or approved by the Board; conform with federal securities laws; and be consistent with securing the most favorable price and efficient execution. Within the framework of this policy, Subadviser may consider the research, investment information, and other services provided by, and the financial responsibility of, brokers, dealers, or futures commission merchants who may effect, or be a party to, any such transaction or other transactions to which Subadviser's other clients may be a party.

  • Open Listing The general non-exclusive right to sell, trade, convey, or exchange the Property during the Listing Period in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Seller hereby appoints Agency to represent the Seller as their client ONLY if a potential Buyer is produced by the Agency. Seller retains the right to sell the Property directly, on their own behalf, with no commission due to the Agency. In addition, Seller reserves the right to enter into similar arrangements with other real estate agents.

  • Listing The Company shall promptly secure the listing of the Conversion Shares upon each national securities exchange or automated quotation system, if any, upon which shares of Common Stock are then listed (subject to official notice of issuance) and, so long as the Buyer owns any of the Securities, shall maintain, so long as any other shares of Common Stock shall be so listed, such listing of all Conversion Shares from time to time issuable upon conversion of the Note. The Company will obtain and, so long as the Buyer owns any of the Securities, maintain the listing and trading of its Common Stock on the OTCBB or any equivalent replacement exchange, the Nasdaq National Market (“Nasdaq”), the Nasdaq SmallCap Market (“Nasdaq SmallCap”), the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), or the American Stock Exchange (“AMEX”) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and such exchanges, as applicable. The Company shall promptly provide to the Buyer copies of any notices it receives from the OTCBB and any other exchanges or quotation systems on which the Common Stock is then listed regarding the continued eligibility of the Common Stock for listing on such exchanges and quotation systems.

  • Off-Exchange Transactions In some jurisdictions, and only then in restricted circumstances, firms are permitted to effect off-exchange transactions. The firm with which you deal may be acting as your counterparty to the transaction. It may be difficult or impossible to liquidate an existing position, to assess the value, to determine a fair price or to assess the exposure to risk.
