Salary and Vacation. Any earned but unpaid salary or vacation for which Employee is eligible at the time of Employee's Severance Event will be paid in a lump sum at the time of termination of employment, subject to applicable federal and state withholding.

  • Benefits and Vacation The Executive shall be eligible to participate in such insurance programs (health, disability or life) or such other health, dental, retirement or similar employee benefits programs as the Board may approve, on a basis comparable to that available to other officers and executive employees of the Company.
