Federal and State Withholding. The Company shall deduct from the amounts payable to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement the amount of all required federal, state and local withholding taxes in accordance with the Executive’s Form W-4 on file with the Company, and all applicable federal employment taxes.

Federal and State Withholding. The Company shall deduct from any compensation payable by the Company to the Executive the amount of all taxes required to be withheld under applicable law with respect to such payments. For purposes of determining all applicable tax withholdings, any compensation recognized by the Executive upon the exercise of the Executive’s stock options in accordance with the terms of the Parent’s 2004 Stock Incentive Plan and the amounts to be paid to Executive pursuant to Section 3 hereof shall be treated as wages subject to all applicable withholding requirements.
Federal and State Withholding. The Corporation will withhold from all payments due to the Executive (or the Executive’s estate or beneficiaries) hereunder all applicable withholding taxes and other customary payroll deductions authorized by the Executive.
Federal and State Withholding. If you elect Federal Tax Withholding on distributions and you reside in a state that requires mandatory state tax withholding, state tax withholding will also apply to any distributions, including systematic withdrawals. The state tax withholding rate is based on your resident state’s requirements. If you reside in a state that allows voluntary state income tax withholding, you may choose to have state income tax withheld whether you have federal income tax withheld, or not.

  • Federal and State Laws In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be modified or deleted to conform to any federal or state law or regulation, or any order, determination or ruling or regulation of a federal or state administrative agency or court, the Company shall notify the Union in writing. Negotiations shall then take place if requested by the Union. In the event of such negotiations, the changes proposed by the Company shall not be implemented until (a) agreement is reached, or (b) the Company determines that timely action is required by the law, regulation, order, determination or ruling, which ever occurs sooner.

  • FEDERAL AND STATE TAX The County is exempt from Federal and State Sales and Use Taxes for tangible personal property (Certificate of Registry for tax transactions under Chapter 32, Internal Revenue Code and Florida Sales/Use Tax Exemption Certificate). The Manager, Procurement Division will sign an exemption certificate submitted by the Contractor. Contractors doing business with the County shall not be exempted from paying sales tax to their suppliers for materials to fulfill contractual obligations with the County, nor shall any Contractor be authorized to use the County’s Tax Exemption Number in securing such materials.

  • Federal and State Taxes Under this Agreement, the Client shall not be responsible for: Withholding FICA, Medicare, Social Security, or any other federal or state withholding taxes from the Contractor’s payments to employees or personnel or make payments on behalf of the Contractor; Make federal or state unemployment compensation contributions on the Contractor’s behalf; and the payment of all taxes incurred related to or while performing the Services under this Agreement, including all applicable income taxes and, if the Contractor is not a corporation, all applicable self-employment taxes. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.
