Reproduction of Materials. Customer agrees that it shall not reproduce any copyrighted materials furnished by Hexagon or its subcontractors, nor video or audio record any training class, without the prior written approval of an authorized Hexagon contracts representative.

Reproduction of Materials. The undersigned will not retain or transfer any programming, documentation, or any other University controlled or provided software or other materials. No such materials may be copied or reproduced without the University’s express prior written consent, and any copies made shall become the property of the University.
