Written Materials means all instructional, consulting, literary, art, dramatic, and musical materials or works, computer programs, and all other materials, published or unpublished, whether or not copyrighted or copyrightable.

Written Materials means any and all documentary materials or data relating to any matter within the scope of the business or mission of Mass Tech Collaborative or concerning any of its dealings or affairs, or relating to any Applicable Third Parties under Mass Tech Collaborative's programs, regardless of the physical form or characteristics of such documentary materials or data. "Written Materials" include, without limitation, notes, memoranda, letters, reports, documents, files, lists, records, drawings, sketches, specifications, software programs, and other documentation and other materials of any nature and in any format, including data stored on computers, floppy disks c/d roms or other electronic media.

• Oracle updates to the Services or the Oracle NetSuite Written Materials will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Term.
