Reproduction of Agreement. Section A: REPRODUCTION OF AGREEMENT Paragraph 1: Copies of the negotiated agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty days after the negotiated agreement is signed and presented to all teachers now employed, and hereafter employed. The Board shall furnish a copy for each building and a copy for the Association office for its use.
Reproduction of Agreement. This Agreement shall be reproduced by the UNION with the cost to be shared between the BOARD and the UNION. The BOARD shall distribute the Agreement to each person who is or becomes a bargaining unit employee during its effective term. The initial delivery to the units shall be completed as soon as possible, but no later than twenty school days after the printed Agreements have been delivered to the BOARD. The UNION shall submit to the Office of Employee Engagement a list by unit number of all parcels delivered to the warehouse facility of the BOARD. Three thousand seven hundred fifty copies of said Agreement shall be delivered to the Office of Employee Engagement.
Reproduction of Agreement. 28.01 The Employer will provide the Union with one hundred and twenty (120) copies of the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of signing. These copies of the Collective Agreement shall be a size which allows them to be carried in uniform pockets.
Reproduction of Agreement. In support of the parties’ commitment to Paperwork Reduction, copies of the adopted agreement shall be posted with a link to both websites for the Employee & Labor Relations Department and the Federation.
Reproduction of Agreement. The negotiated agreement will be available in the school offices, on the school district web-site, all teachers will get the document through e-mail, and on the I: drive. Teachers may print copies as needed.
Reproduction of Agreement. The Board shall make available electronic copies of this Comprehensive Agreement within thirty days (30) days after the Agreement is signed by both parties to all teachers currently employed in the district, and at the time of hire for all teachers hired during the term of this Agreement.
Reproduction of Agreement. 1. Copies of this agreement shall be provided to all teachers electronically. Paper copies may be requested by teachers and will be duplicated at the expense of the board.
Reproduction of Agreement. The expense of reproducing this Agreement shall be borne by the Xxxxxx City School District. Sufficient quantities shall be reproduced to ensure that each licensed employee within the School District shall receive a copy within 30 days of the approved successor agreement which has been proofed by both parties. Additional copies may be purchased by the Association at the cost of printing.
Reproduction of Agreement. After this Agreement, titled "Professional Agreement between Board of Education, U.S.D. #511 and U.S.D. #511 Attica NEA Teachers' Association" has been ratified by the Association and adopted by the Board, it shall be printed and made available to each teacher employed by the District Via electronic means. The Association will receive one hard copy with the appropriate signatures for ratification.
Reproduction of Agreement. After this Agreement, titled “Professional Agreement between Board of Education, Xxxxxxx USD #267 and Xxxxxxx Education Association” has been ratified by the Association and adopted by the Board, it shall be made available to each teacher employed by the District.
