RENEWABILITY. If You wish to renew coverage under this Service Agreement, please contact the Administrator prior to the expiration of Your current Term to initiate Our renewal process. Renewability is determined at Our sole discretion and may not be available.
RENEWABILITY. This Contract is not renewable.
RENEWABILITY. This Agreement will renew as required under state and federal law. The Agreement will be renewed when the Premium is paid in full by the end of the applicable grace period. Health Options may not renew this Agreement for: (a) nonpayment of Premiums, (b) fraud or intentional misrepresentation of material fact, (c) termination of Plan as allowed under state and federal law, (d) failure of the Subscriber to reside in the service area of the Plan, or (e) discontinuance of coverage by Health Options in the service area.

This Contract will automatically renew each year on the renewal date, unless otherwise terminated by Us as permitted by this Contract or by the Subscriber upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Us. This Contract offers You the option to receive Covered Services on two benefit levels:

RENEWABILITY. To renew Your coverage, please call the Administrator at 1‐877‐319‐0665 on or before the expiration date of this Service Agreement. Renewal prices will reflect the age of Your Product, current service costs, and claim experience of the Product model. Renewal prices will be available from the Administrator upon request at the time of renewal. Note: Not all Products are eligible for renewal. IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION: If Your Product is exchanged by the manufacturer or retailer, You must advise the Administrator in writing at P.O. Box 1189, Bedford, TX 76095 Attn: Data Entry or call 1‐877‐319‐0665 with the date of exchange, make, model, and serial number of the replacement product within 10 days of the exchange. In the event of such exchange, the coverage period shall not exceed the expiration date of the original Service Agreement.

RENEWABILITY. The MPPP policy is a 1-year policy. Any renewal of that policy can occur only following the full notification process that must take place between the lender (or its authorized representative) and the insured/mortgagor, when the insured/mortgagor has failed to provide evidence of obtaining a substitute flood insurance policy.

This agreement shall be renewed at the end of the current term for a successive one-year term unless either party gives written notice of its intention either to renegotiate the terms of this agreement or to terminate this agreement thirty (30) days before expiration of the current term.
