Reliance On Information Furnished. (a) Customer acknowledges that it is required to review all documents and declarations prepared and/or filed with the Customs Service, other Government Agency and/or third parties, and will immediately advise the Company of any errors, discrepancies, incorrect statements, or omissions on any declaration filed on Customers behalf;

Reliance On Information Furnished. Customer acknowledges that it is required to review all documents and declarations prepared and/or filed with U.S. Customs & Border Protection, other Government Agency and/or third parties, and will immediately advise the Company of any errors, discrepancies, incorrect statements, or omissions on any declaration or other submission filed on Customers behalf; In preparing and submitting customs entries, export declarations, applications, security filings, documentation and/or other required data, the Company relies on the correctness of all documentation, whether in written or electronic format, and all information furnished by Customer; Customer shall use reasonable care to ensure the correctness of all such information and shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims asserted and/or liability or losses suffered by reason of the Customer's failure to disclose information or any incorrect, incomplete or false statement by the Customer or its agent, representative or contractor upon which the Company reasonably relied. The Customer agrees that the Customer has an affirmative non-delegable duty to disclose any and all information required to import, export or enter the goods.
Reliance On Information Furnished. With regards to all documents or Documents and declarations that are prepared or filed or both, for the Customer’s purposes or for filing or submission to any local or national Government agency or department or Service Provider or other third party the Customer agrees and warrants that it is required to review all such documents, Documents and declarations. The Customer warrants and agrees that it will immediately advise the Company of any errors, discrepancies, incorrect statements, or omissions on any such documents, Documents and declarations. In preparing and submitting all, singularly or any combination of the following and by way of example but not by limitation, customs entries, export declarations, applications, insurance information, Documentation or export data to any of the United States or other Government or authority or a third party or Service Provider, the Company relies on the correctness of all documents, Documents and declarations furnished or approved by the Customer. The Customer shall use all reasonable care to ensure the correctness of all such documents, Documents and declarations and shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, liability or losses asserted or suffered, by reason of the Customer's failure to disclose or for any incorrect or false documents, Documents and declarations provided or approved by the Customer upon which the Company reasonably relied. The Customer agrees and warrants that the Customer has an affirmative non- delegable duty to disclose any and all Documents required to import, export or enter the goods.
Reliance On Information Furnished. Customer acknowledges that it is required to provide, disclose and review for correctness all documents, declarations and information necessary or useful to handle, transport, load, unload, store, clear, enter for other Governmental Agency purposes, deliver, distribute and otherwise deal with goods, including but not limited to the commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and any other necessary to support such work that is required by Company to perform its roles. In addition, Customer must provide all such information to enable Company to perform its Customs-related roles, including reasonableness of the dutiable value, weights, measures, number of pieces, packages, cartons or containers, the condition of the goods, and the HTSUS or Schedule B classifications the Customer has provided, country of origin declaration and reporting, genuineness of the goods and any mark or symbol associated with them, Customer’s right to export, import and/or distribute the goods, and the admissibility of the goods, pursuant to Law, all in the English languages and in any other language as may be required by the Laws of the country of origin or of destination. Customer acknowledges it must immediately advise Company of any errors, discrepancies, incorrect statements, or omissions in any document or other information that might have impacted work performed by Company on behalf of client. Company has no liability for increased duties, penalties, fines or expenses unless caused by the negligence or other fault of Company, in which case Company’s liability is limited by the provisions of Paragraph 9 below. Customer represents and warrants the accuracy, sufficiency and completeness of all documents and information furnished to Company by or for Customer. Company has no duty to inquire into the accuracy, sufficiency or completeness of any document or information and in no instance shall be charged with requesting, finding or using information that Customer fails to give in writing to the proper party. Company may rely on all documents and information furnished to Company. If Customer fails to perform any obligation, Company may use its judgment in connection with the goods. Customer further represents, warrants and covenants that it is and will remain in compliance with all applicable Laws, including anti-corruption Laws, such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.S. Export Administration (EAR) administered by the U.S. Commerce Department’s Burea...
Reliance On Information Furnished. In preparing and submitting quotations Seller relies on the correctness of information provided by the Customer, whether in written, electronic or verbal format. Reliance On Information Furnished. Each of CSI and SVCS has not relied upon any statement in representations of SVPC or the Shareholders, employees, consultants and authorized agents other than as contained in the representation and warranties contained in this Agreement. Further, each of CSI and SVCS acknowledge that SVPC's finders have not been authorized to make any representation on behalf of SVPC and CSI and SVCS have not relied upon any representations of SVPC's finders.

Reliance On Information Furnished. (a) Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to Mercury including, but not limited to, Customer ensuring accurate information is entered when producing any customer-generated Mercury shipping labels through the Site. Customer is responsible to ensure all associated Documentation and declarations prepared and/or filed with the customs service, any government agency, and/or any third party are accurate. Customer will promptly advise Mercury of any errors, discrepancies, incorrect statements, or omissions on any declaration or Documents filed on Customer’s behalf.
Reliance On Information Furnished. You are required to review all information that is legally required for the proposed shipment (including but not limiting to written declarations, licenses, as well as entry, export or security data among others) and ensure the correctness of the same before submitting them to us. You are also required to provide verified weights obtained on calibrated, certified equipment of all cargo that is to be tendered to steamship lines. You acknowledge that the relevant Impo Freight Entity is entitled to rely on the accuracy of such weights and to counter-sign or endorse it as your agent in order to provide the certified weight to the steamship lines. The relevant Impo Freight Entity will rely on the correctness of all documentation furnished by you through Impo Freight website. You shall indemnify us and the relevant Impo Freight Entity and hold us and such Impo freight Entity harmless from any and all claims asserted and/or liability or losses suffered by reason of your failure to disclose information or any incorrect or false statement by you upon which the relevant Impo freight Entity reasonably relied.
