General Lien. In addition and without prejudice to any rights to which we may be entitled under this Agreement or any Applicable Regulations, we shall have a general lien on all property held by us or our Associates or our nominees on your behalf until the satisfaction of the Secured Obligations.
General Lien. The Freight Forwarder shall, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, have a general lien on the Goods and any documents relating thereto for any amount due at any time to the Freight Forwarder from the Customer including storage fees and the cost of recovering same, and may enforce such lien in any reasonable manner which he may think fit.

Without prejudice to other remedies, in respect of all unpaid debts due from the Buyer the Seller shall have a general lien on all goods and property of or provided by the Buyer in his possession (whether worked on or not) and shall be entitled on the expiration of 14 days' notice to dispose of such goods or property as agent for the Buyer in such manner and at such price as he thinks fit and to apply the proceeds towards such debts, and shall when accounting to the Buyer for any balance remaining be discharged from all liability in respect of such goods or property.
General Lien. 10.1 The Goods are accepted subject to a general lien for all charges now due or that may become due to the Carrier by the Consignor on any account whatsoever, whether in respect of the Goods or in respect of any other goods for which the Carrier provides or has provided services of Carriage.

The Company has both a specific and general lien on the Goods held by the Company and any documents relating thereto and on any other goods of the Customer in the Company’s possession from time to time and in priority to any other Security Interest for all Charges or other moneys due under the Contract or which become due on any account whether for Primary Warehousing Services or Secondary Services in respect of the Goods or any other goods or any other service.

General Lien. In addition and without prejudice to any rights to which we may be entitled under this Agreement or any Applicable Laws, Rules and/or Regulations we shall have a general lien on all Assets and property held on your behalf by us, our Associates or our nominees, until the satisfaction of all Secured Obligations. Without limitation, such general lien shall comprise the credit balances on your Accounts, the securities registered as belonging to you on our books, and the value of your open positions with us. We may, in our absolute discretion and without notice to you, apply and/or transfer any or all such Assets which you have deposited at any time with us or which may at any time be in our possession or control or carried on our books for any purpose, including safe keeping, between any of your Accounts with us and combine or set off between accounts and convert any currency into another. Without prejudice to any other rights to which we may be entitled, we may at any time and without notice to you set-off any amounts (whether actual or contingent, present or future) at any time owing between you and us paying you the difference. CHAPTER F: COMMISSIONS, FEES AND CHARGES

All monies, securities, commodities, and options which you may at any time be carrying for the undersigned or which may at any time be in your possession for any purpose, including safekeeping, will be subject to a general lien for the discharge of all obligations of the undersigned to you, irrespective of whether or not you have made advances in connection with such securities, commodities or options and irrespective of the number of accounts the undersigned may have with you.
General Lien. 19.10.1. In addition, and without prejudice to any rights to which we may be entitled under this Customer Agreement or any Applicable Laws, we shall have a general lien on all property held by us or our Affiliates or our nominees on your behalf until the satisfaction of the Secured Obligations.
