Not Limiting Clause Samples
The "Not Limiting" clause clarifies that the rights, obligations, or remedies described in a contract are not restricted solely to those explicitly stated within the agreement. In practice, this means that parties may have additional rights or responsibilities under applicable law or other provisions, even if they are not specifically mentioned in the contract. This clause serves to prevent the contract from being interpreted as exhaustive, ensuring that parties retain any broader legal protections or entitlements beyond the contract's express terms.
