Weight. Boeing may request that Customer weigh such Covered Aircraft, in which event Customer agrees to weigh such Covered Aircraft in conjunction with its normally scheduled maintenance and will report its findings to Boeing.
Weight. The maximum certificated take-off weight, i.e. the maximum permissible total weight with which the aircraft, in accordance with the certificate of air worthiness, may take off under the most favourable circumstances (Maximum Take-Off Weight – MTOW).
Weight. The quantity of corn oil delivered to RPMG at the Ethanol Facility shall be established by weight certificates obtained from Producer’s scales or from such other scales as the Parties shall mutually agree, which are certified as of the time of weighing and which comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Producer shall provide RPMG with a fax/emailed copy of the outbound weight certificates on a daily basis and, except as otherwise expressly agreed upon, such outbound weight certificates shall be determinative of the quantity of corn oil for which RPMG is obligated to pay Producer pursuant to this Agreement.
Weight. A.5.1. a) When sold to a Danish recipient*, cf. the order confirmation*, or in case of direct export without transfer/sojourn at an Assembly Centre*, the pigs shall weigh on loading 1. for 30-kg pigs: no pigs in the consignment* may weigh less than 26 kg (minimum weight) and none may weigh more than 35 kg (maximum weight). The average weight of all pigs in the consignment* shall be within the interval 28-32 kg. 2. for 7-kg pigs: no pigs in the consignment* may weigh less than 7 kg (minimum weight) and none may weigh more than 12 kg (maximum weight). The average weight of all pigs in the consignment* shall be within the interval 7-9 kg. b) When sold for export, cf. the order confirmation*, the pigs shall, during transshipment at the assembly centre*, meet the same weight requirements as stipulated in a) 1 and 2. The pigs shall be weighed by means of the vehicle's weighing system during loading, cf. a). The resulting net weight of the consignment* shall then form the basis of the amount paid to the Seller* and invoiced to the Buyer*. In case of export with transfer/sojourn at an Assembly Centre* weighing at the Assembly Centre* shall be performed either by using a weighbridge or the vehicle's weighing system. In case official shore scale is not available at loading terminal, custom’s Draft Survey figures will be final. Buyer has the option, at its expense and for its own guidance, to request for joint weight control, advising the Seller in due time the name of the Independent Surveyor it is appointing (as per clause 3). For all effects and purposes, results of the Seller’s appointed Independent Surveyor will be final and binding on the parties. Any figures other than those described above will not be acceptable. 10. NOTICE OF READINESS (“NOR”): To be tendered when the Vessel has arrived at usual waiting place at loading port and is ready in all respects to load, whether in port or not. NOR tendered after 5:00pm on regular business days, or after 11:00am on Saturdays, or on Sundays and Holidays shall be effective under this contract only from 8:00am of the immediate next business day. 11.

However, if vessel gave “NOR” in time and if not sufficient goods are available to start loading on the Loading Obligation Date or when free berth becomes available, whichever is later, or if continuous loading of vessel has to be interrupted due to lack of cargo, Seller shall pay the amount named as detention at the rate specified in the vessel nomination during periods when loading is delayed. If the load port is Paranagua, ANNEX 001 shall apply.
