Regular Rate of Pay. It is specifically agreed by the Union and Employer that any meals, uniforms, rooms and/or laundering and maintenance of uniforms furnished by the Employer to an employee shall not be considered as part of the employee's regular rate of pay for overtime and wage computation purposes within the meaning of Wage and Hour Law, and that an employee's regular rate of pay is that rate reflected on the Schedule of Wages in Appendix A.
