Recess Periods. In a building on a six (6) period day schedule, or its equivalent, teachers in grades K through 5, excluding Essential Area Personnel will assume recess duty on an equitable rotating basis including all staff. Each grade shall have thirty (30) minutes per day for recess. It is understood that recess time is instructional time.

Recess Periods. The Student may occupy his or her room during fall break, Thanksgiving break, winter break and spring break with no additional charge as long as the student registers with Residence Life as instructed by email. Dining Service is not available outside the Fall and Spring class and finals dates. If a student elects to remain in their room over a break and then subsequently does not return to school for the period of time after the break, they will be charged a prorated housing rate from the date the prior semester ends until they officially check out.

Recess Periods. 1. Each 12 month secretary will be off during the December Holiday recess. If a winter and spring recess are part of the school calendar, 12 month secretaries shall be scheduled to work during one of the two recesses and be off during the other. If either the winter or spring recess are shortened or eliminated, in lieu of working one recess or the other, 12 month secretaries shall be provided five recess days which can be taken at any time of the year as mutually agreed to by the employee and their supervisor. If the schedule includes two recess periods and a secretary elects to take the February recess period and any of the above named holidays fall during that break, the employee shall be entitled to take that holiday on another date mutually agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Limitations Period The parties agree that any claim or controversy that would be arbitrable under this Section must be submitted to arbitration within one (1) year after the claim or controversy arises and that a failure to institute arbitration proceedings within such time period shall constitute an absolute bar to the institution of any proceedings, in arbitration or in any court, and a waiver of all such claims. This Section will survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.

  • Changes in Fiscal Periods Permit the fiscal year of the Borrower to end on a day other than December 31 or change the Borrower’s method of determining fiscal quarters.
