Dining Service a) All traditional hall residents (except for those living in ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) are required to contract for one of the on-campus dining plans. b) Dining service will be provided to you as described online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇. c) Meal hours and dining service locations may be adjusted at the discretion of Dining Services. Additionally, individual food item prices may be adjusted to meet unforeseen cost changes. d) Termination of Dining Service meal plan can only occur when a housing termination is granted as described in section 9. When a housing termination is granted, you will be responsible for payment based on the below refund schedule: i) Termination by student prior to taking occupancy of room or the first day of classes, whichever occurs first: 100% of the meal plan and administrative fee is refunded. ii) Termination by Student After taking occupancy for the room or the first day of classes, whichever occurs first: (1) Proper check out completed during the first and second weeks of the semester, per the academic calendar: student forfeits 100% of the administrative fee and the meal plan is prorated daily from student check in date through check out date (2) Proper check out completed during third and fourth week of the semester, per the academic calendar: student forfeits 100% of the administrative fee and is charged 50% of meal plan for the semester. (3) Proper check out completed during the fifth week or later of the semester, per the academic calendar: student pays 100% of the administrative fee and is charged 100% of the meal plan for the semester.

Dining Service. Dining Service is not a provision of the 2019 Summer Term housing contract. However, dining options are available at a variety of locations on campus when dining facilities are open.

Dining Service. All MU students are eligible to purchase a meal plan. All residence hall students are required to choose one of resident meal plans. The meal plan chosen in the fall semester will automatically be reassigned for the spring semester unless the student chooses to change meal plans during the defined dates below. Flex balances carry forward from fall to spring semesters. Any remaining balance of Flex at the end of the spring semester will be forfeited. Upon notification or in cases of emergency, MU may adjust meal hours and dining service locations. Dining service is not provided under this Agreement during official break periods. Students who need to change meal plans may do so by submitting written requests to Student Living no later than 4:00pm on the Wednesday before each semester begins. Students will not be permitted to decrease plans after this date, but may increase any time.
