Receipt Points. The Points of Receipt are listed in Appendix 2.
Receipt Points. Shipper shall deliver Shipper's Gas at a pressure sufficient to effect delivery into the Gathering System at the Receipt Points, but not in excess of the maximum pressure specified by Gatherer from time to time.
Receipt Points. Shipper shall deliver Shipper Gas to the Receipt Points.
Receipt Points. 5.1 The Point of Receipt for Gas delivered by the Retailer to AUI pursuant to this Contract must be via a TCPL (NOVA) Inventory Transfer (NIT).
Receipt Points. The initial Receipt Points are listed in Exhibit 9.5 and will be subcategorized according to System. Exhibit 9.5 will be amended from time to time as Dedicated Xxxxx or other Xxxxx are added to the Systems. Subject to the guidelines set forth in Exhibit 9.8, all meters at Receipt Points shall be installed, owned and operated by Gatherer with the cost included in the COS Calculation. Each Receipt Point will be at a location on or adjacent to the pad for each Dedicated Well on a site designated and provided by Shipper, or at another location mutually agreed upon by Shipper and Gatherer.
Receipt Points. 1. For any facilities that are marked “Truck” in the “Truck / Pipeline / Rail” column, the actual Receipt Point is the inbound flange of the truck connector hose.
Receipt Points. The inlet flange of the custody transfer meters at central delivery points designated by Shipper within the Committed Area, where Shipper Gas is delivered by Shipper to Gatherer, as described in Section 5.6 of this Agreement.
Receipt Points. Shipper will tender Gas for delivery to Transporter under this Statement of Operating Conditions, the Service Agreement, its applicable Confirmation and any Agency Agreement from the existing points of interconnection between Transporter’s pipeline facilities and the pipeline or delivery facilities of other parties at the “Receipt Point(s)” identified in the Confirmation. Except as set forth in other agreements between the parties, Receipt Point(s) may be modified, or additional Receipt Point(s) may be added to the Confirmation, by mutual agreement of the parties. In the event Receipt Point(s) are added to a Confirmation, such additional Receipt Point(s) will be prioritized, for purposes of Section 4.4, based on the effective date of the amended Confirmation, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Exhibit 8.4 will be amended from time to time as Dedicated Xxxxx or other Xxxxx are added to the Systems. Subject to the guidelines set forth in Exhibit 8.7, all meters at Receipt Points shall be installed, owned and operated by Gatherer. Each Receipt Point will be at a location on or adjacent to the pad for each Dedicated Well on a site designated and provided by Shipper, or at another location mutually agreed upon by Shipper and Gatherer. Where feasible and to the extent Shipper has rights to do so, Shipper will grant an easement on its well pad for installation of the Receipt Point Meter and tie-in point equipment.
Receipt Points. The receipt point(s) at which Shipper shall tender Residue Gas to Transporter for transportation is described in Exhibit B to this Agreement (the “Receipt Point(s)”). The delivery pressure and other pertinent factors applicable to the Receipt Point(s) are set forth in Exhibit B.
