Shipper Gas definition

Shipper Gas has the meaning given such term in the recitals to this Agreement.
Shipper Gas means the Gas that the Shipper delivers or causes to be delivered at the Entry Point for transportation by the Transporter to the Supply Point in accordance with the terms of the GTA;
Shipper Gas means Natural Gas tendered for delivery by (or on behalf of) the Shipper at the Designated Delivery Points for transportation to the Designated Redelivery Points in accordance with this Agreement. "Spot Gas Nominations" shall mean Nominations pursuant to Section 12.6, which are in excess of the Delivery Capacity for the relevant Designated Delivery Point and/or the Redelivery Capacity for the relevant Designated Redelivery Point. "Spot Gas Fee" shall be as set forth in Article 3B (Spot Gas Fee) of Appendix 1 (Commercial Terms). "Start Date" for each Designated Delivery Point and each Designated Redelivery Point, shall be as defined in Article 6 (Term) of Appendix 1 (Commercial Terms).

Examples of Shipper Gas in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the above, the first time a Shipper, Gas Supplier or Biomethane Seller sends Master Data to the Register of Players, he must do so at least 13 Business Days before the first Gas Day from which the Master Data are to apply.

  • Transporter may receive from Shipper Gas for injection into Storage in excess of the MDIQ, and permit Shipper to withdraw Gas from Storage in excess of the MDWQ on an interruptible basis as Authorized Overrun Service.

  • Gatherer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain, and shall act as a reasonable and prudent operator in maintaining, all interconnect and operating agreements with Non-Parties reasonably necessary to facilitate the re-delivery of Shipper Gas and Shipper Injected Liquids to Shipper at the Delivery Points.

  • Shipper covenants and agrees that it shall, in relation to each requested receipt or delivery of Shipper Gas and/or Shipper Injected Liquids (i) act in accordance and in a manner consistent with the applicable nomination, and (ii) observe and comply with (A) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including these Operating Terms, (B) Applicable Requirements, and (C) the Gathering System Rules.

  • The tap, meter and required equipment to redeliver Shipper Gas to Interconnecting Pipelines, including, without limitation, the piping required to transport Gas from a Plant to the Interconnecting Pipeline.

  • The Shipper shall inform INGL by 14:00 hours on each Day of the amount of Shipper Gas that it will deliver or have delivered on its behalf at each of the Designated Delivery Points and the amount of Natural Gas it wants INGL to redeliver at each of the Designated Redelivery Points during each hour of the next Day (hereinafter in this Section 12.4 – "the Daily Nomination").

  • It should also provide a clear measure of the economic and social case for investing in improved health and clarify discussion of national priorities for health improvement.


More Definitions of Shipper Gas

Shipper Gas means Natural Gas produced from the Shipper Field and owned by the Shipper which is tendered for delivery at the Delivery Point for transportation and processing under this Agreement;
Shipper Gas means Wet Gas produced from the NCS and which is either owned by the Shipper or owned by a Third Party but in both cases is delivered or tendered for delivery at an Entry Point under the Deed by the Shipper;

Related to Shipper Gas

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Shippers means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, affinity groups, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who sell the Insurance Contracts.

  • Producer means the owner of a well or wells capable of producing oil or gas or both.

  • NGLs means natural gas liquids.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Carbon dioxide or “CO2” means the most common of the six primary greenhouse gases, consisting on a molecular level of a single carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Produced water means water extracted from the earth from an oil or natural gas production well, or that is separated from oil or natural gas after extraction.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
