Pressure at Receipt Points Sample Clauses

The 'Pressure at Receipt Points' clause defines the required gas pressure that must be maintained at the locations where gas is delivered from one party to another under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies minimum and/or maximum pressure levels that the delivering party must ensure at the designated receipt points, ensuring compatibility with the receiving party’s pipeline or facility requirements. By setting clear pressure standards, the clause helps prevent operational issues, ensures safe and efficient gas transfer, and allocates responsibility for maintaining proper delivery conditions.
Pressure at Receipt Points. Producer shall deliver or shall cause to be delivered Producer’s Gas hereunder at a pressure sufficient to enter the Processing Plant at the Receipt Points at a pressure not less than 950 psig. In the event that Producer’s Gas is delivered at the Receipt Points at a pressure less than 950 psig, Processor will operate the Processing Plant and process Producer’s Gas in each case to the extent commercially practicable and reasonable under the circumstances and taking into account the impact that such lower pressure may have on the operation of the Processing Plant, and Producer agrees to be responsible for, and to defend, indemnify, release, and hold Processor and its Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives, and invitees harmless from and against, all claims and losses of whatever kind and nature resulting from such low pressure Gas.
Pressure at Receipt Points. Shipper shall deliver Shipper Gas hereunder to each Receipt Point at a pressure sufficient to enter the Magnolia Gathering System at the prevailing pressures required under this Agreement, but such Gas shall not be delivered at pressures in excess of the maximum allowable operating pressure of the Magnolia Gathering System.
Pressure at Receipt Points. Shipper shall deliver Shipper Gas hereunder to each Receipt Point at a pressure sufficient to enter the Olympia Gathering System at the prevailing pressures required under this Agreement, but such Gas shall not be delivered at pressures in excess of the maximum allowable operating pressure of the Olympia Gathering System.
Pressure at Receipt Points. Producer shall cause Producer’s Gas to be delivered to the Receipt Points at a pressure sufficient to enter the Gathering System, provided that Gatherer maintains the operating pressure at low pressure Receipt Points at no greater than the applicable Required Pressure. Producer shall not deliver Gas at any Receipt Point at a pressure in excess of the MAOP at the Receipt Point, as such MAOP may exist from time to time. As of the Effective Date, the MAOP at each Receipt Point shall be listed on Exhibit B, and Gatherer shall give written notice to Producer at any time thereafter that the MAOP for any Receipt Point changes and for each Additional Receipt Point when it is added.
Pressure at Receipt Points. Shipper shall cause Shipper’s Gas to be delivered to the Receipt Points at a pressure sufficient to enter the Gathering System, but shall not be delivered at pressures in excess of the maximum allowable operating pressure at the Receipt Points, as such pressure may exist from time to time; provided, however, the following shall apply:
Pressure at Receipt Points. Producer shall cause Producer’s Gas to be delivered to the Receipt Points at a pressure sufficient to enter the Gathering System, provided that Gatherer maintains the operating pressure at low pressure Receipt Points at no greater than the applicable Gas Gathering Agreement dated July 1, 2018 Between Alpine High Gathering LP (Gatherer) and Apache Corporation (Producer) Required Pressure.
